I use this for my spectra while using the freemie cups when I pump while my husband is giving a bottle. I am able to get a lot more done being totally hands free. I also love the side pockets so I can keep milk storage bags and a marker in there so I can quickly transfer my milk to the fridge/freezer.

It’s certainly better than carrying it around but I found it to be a little bulky when trying to do things at a counter (like dishes or cooking) as it was about the same height as the counter. Same for washing machine, it was kinda in the way. I was able to use different and longer tubes to move it to my hip versus facing forward and that definitely helped (order fish tank tubing so it’s long enough). Using that with my caracups made me feel more mobile and hands free. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely a good option for us busy pumping moms.

I finally got to use this because I had a clog and needed the power of the spectra vs my elvies. Oh my goodness. I seriously don't think I would have had to grab the elvies if I had this at first. I don't have to be at the counter as much.las others have mentioned..I see how it could get in the way...but just going from room to room without having to carry the pump or hope for the best with my less then professional solution (hello threading through a belt)--its a game changer. I have another product from this company and it's got the same level of quality stitching and durable material. I would definitely recommend it.

This bag is AWESOME! I wish I knew about it earlier. Pumping is hard. I got my spectra because it’s portable but didn’t think I’d still be stuck with it. I have wearable pumps that are handsfree but much more restrictive and nothing works like my spectra. This bag changed the pumping game. I can wear it and do whatever I need to do! I’m so glad it exists and only wish I had it the first 6 months of pumping before I knew about this!
