Which of your bags is the largest?

Chertsey Breast Pump Backpack is the largest one by volume. It is our only bag that can fit a large hospital grade pump like Medela Symphony. If you are not using such a large pump, what can fit in Chertsey is quite comparable to what can fit in our Ellerby Breast Pump Bag. They are both large enough to fit a Spectra Pump and can house a 15” laptop.

Which bags can hold a 15” laptop?

All our pump bags and backpacks can fit a 15” laptop. Our Claremont Diaper Backpack cannot fit a laptop but can fit a standard size iPad.

Pumps

Are opened pumps eligible for return?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened pumps. Due to their classification as medical devices, breast pumps and their accessories cannot be resold once opened. We advise contacting us prior to purchase if you have any uncertainties.

Can I return unopened pumps?

Absolutely as long as their hygiene seals are unbroken and they are in a condition suitable for restocking.

Which flange size should I pick?

You can use our Flange Sizing Guide to find your correct breast shield size. Measuring your nipple diameter is the first step in finding your ideal size. Our guide recommends choosing a flange within 1-3mm of your nipple diameter for the best fit. It's important to start with the smallest size in your range and adjust as needed based on comfort, milk flow, and how empty your breasts feel after pumping​​. HSA/FSA Eligibility

Are any of your products HSA/FSA eligible?

YES, all our products, except for the Portable Bottle Warmer, are eligible for HSA/FSA.

Do you accept HSA/FSA cards? 

We are not able to accept HSA FSA cards on our website at the moment. You can pay for HSA/FSA eligible items with your regular payment method and submit your receipt to your plan provider for reimbursement.

What is the timeline for dispatching my order after purchase?

We are committed to quick service! Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours on weekdays. In fact, 96% of our orders are sent out within the first 24 hours of a business day by our dedicated team.

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

We understand the importance of prompt deliveries. Here are our shipping estimates:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days post-order
  • Priority shipping is usually 1-2 business days post-order

How can I get Free Shipping?

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship only within the United States. Stay tuned for future updates on international shipping availability.

What if my package shows as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Here are a few steps you can take:

  • Check if a family member received it.
  • Look for a key or notice in your mailbox.
  • Ask neighbors or your apartment’s management if they’ve seen it.

If you still can't find your package 2 business days after the delivery date, email us at hello@idaho-jones.com, and we’ll assist further.

What happens if an order is returned to sender?

Orders returned to sender for reasons not due to Idaho Jones (like incorrect address, refusal, or full mailbox) will be refunded, minus shipping costs.

Warranty & Returns

How can I return an item?

Orders from idaho-jones.com:

We accept returns up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.

  • All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging
  • Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
  • Items you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order date
  • Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days
  • Bags that have clearly been used are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.

We will send you a return label and recommend that you send your item back to us via USPS. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.

What is your warranty policy?

Idaho Jones warrants against manufacturer’s defects for up to 1 year after the order date of the original purchase, purchased on our website or on Amazon.

Please include a photo and a description of the issue and your order number.

We will get back to you right away with a solution!

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace it with the same style and color of bag. Replacement bags are covered under the 1 year warranty from the date of the original order; the 1 year warranty does not renew at the date of delivery of the replacement bag.

To help our customers understand what is NOT covered under our warranty, here is a helpful list:

  • Accidents: Stuff happens when you are around babies and little children. Our warranty does not apply in case of spills, writing or drawings on bags, lost or stolen bags, if the bag is incorrectly cleaned or treated or any other sort of accidental misuse.
  • Wear and Tear: Life is a bumpy ride and it’s only normal that your Idaho Jones items get a few scrapes along the way. Our warranty is not intended to keep your items brand new throughout their use.
  • Intentional damages: We do not offer warranty coverage for bags that have been intentionally damaged.
