IMPORTANT NOTE: As we ship our products to Canada from the US, duties and taxes might be applicable. Please check this website by the Canada Border Services Agency to get an estimate of the amount you might be required to pay.

All shipments to Europe (excluding the UK) cost €5.00. Please see below the list of countries and the estimated delivery times:

  • Italy, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City State (Holy See) (4-7 days)
  • Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Spain (5-10 days)
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Norway (5-10 days)

We currently do not ship to any of the countries that are not included in this list.

New, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned for the price paid at the time of purchase within 30 days.

To request a return, please email or use the form on our contact page and include:

  • your order number
  • your receipt or proof of purchase
  • the reason for your return.

We will send you the return instructions.

For customers in the US and the UK, we will provide return labels along with your instructions. The cost of the return label (i.e. the cost of return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

If you are outside of the US and the UK, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and need to mail your product to the address provided to you by us.

Payments are processed in the currency of your geographic location.

Apple Pay is available if you are visiting us via a compatible Apple Mobile device.

Please contact us via the form on our contact page as soon as you would like to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel or change your order as you wish. However, if your order has already been processed, this will not be possible. In this case, you can return your order for a refund once it has been received.
