New, unused merchandise may be exchanged or returned for the price paid at the time of purchase within 30 days.

To request a return, please email or use the form on our contact page and include:

  • your order number
  • your receipt or proof of purchase
  • the reason for your return.

We will send you the return instructions and the return label. You are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to return the item.

You have a maximum period of 30 days for this return to be completed and returned to our fulfillment center.
