Which of your bags is the largest?
Chertsey Breast Pump Backpack is the largest one by volume. It is our only bag that can fit a large hospital grade pump like Medela Symphony. If you are not using such a large pump, what can fit in Chertsey is quite comparable to Ellerby Breast Pump Bag. They are both large enough to fit a Spectra Pump and can house a 15” laptop.
Which bags can hold a 15” laptop?
All our pump bags and backpacks can fit a 15” laptop. Our Claremont Diaper Backpack cannot fit a laptop but can fit a standard size iPad.
I don’t have children. Is an Idaho Jones bag still for me?
YES! We have customers who love our bags just because they look great and offer great organization. Some of our customers found clever uses for our bags, carrying portable printers or diabetic monitors in the dedicated pump compartments. Some swear by our bags for travel. Idaho Jones bags are designed to last well beyond baby years and serve as everyday bags.
Are Idaho Jones bags waterproof?
Our bags are made of a thick and durable nylon material that is water resistant. It performs well in light rain or small spills. Is it not, however, waterproof so care must be taken in very wet weather.
Are any of your products HSA/FSA eligible?
YES! Currently, our Breastmilk Storage Bags are HSA/FSA eligible. Keep an eye out for more HSA/FSA eligible Idaho Jones products in the near future.

Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive in 4-7 days from the time the order was placed. Expedited Shipping arrives in 3-5 days. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO are sent via Standard Shipping and arrive in 6-14 days.
Please note that orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time on Friday will not ship until the following business day.
Where is my order?
Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
My order never arrived. What should I do?

Why is my order arriving in an Amazon box?
We leverage Amazon’s vast network of warehouses and logistics capabilities to be able to get your Idaho Jones items in your hands in the quickest way possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping only to the US.
Our products are also available on amazon.com. If you live in a country where you can order from amazon.com, you can find our products there.

Warranty & Returns
What is your warranty policy?
Idaho Jones warrants against manufacturer’s defects for up to 1 year after the order date of the original purchase, purchased on our website or on Amazon.
If you run into any issues, please email email@example.com.
Please include a photo and a description of the issue and your order number.
We will get back to you right away with a solution!
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will replace it with the same style and color of bag. Replacement bags are covered under the 1 year warranty from the date of the original order; the 1 year warranty does not renew at the date of delivery of the replacement bag.
To help our customers understand what is NOT covered under our warranty, here is a helpful list:
- Accidents: Stuff happens when you are around babies and little children. Our warranty does not apply in case of spills, writing or drawings on bags, lost or stolen bags, if the bag is incorrectly cleaned or treated or any other sort of accidental misuse.
- Wear and Tear: Life is a bumpy ride and it’s only normal that your Idaho Jones items get a few scrapes along the way. Our warranty is not intended to keep your items brand new throughout their use.
- Intentional damages: We do not offer warranty coverage for bags that have been intentionally damaged.
How can I return an item?
We accept returns up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order.
- - All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging
- - Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package
- - Items you would like to return should be sent back to us within 30 days of your order date
- - Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days
- - Bags that have clearly been used are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return.
We will send you a return label and recommend that you send your item back to us via USPS. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.

Do you have a sale or discount code going on right now?
Maybe! Take a look on our social media channels to see if a deal has recently been announced. The first people to know about promo codes/discounts/sales are our email newsletter subscribers, so make sure you sign up for that!
Do you offer any discounts for the military?
Yes! We offer a 15% discount to members of the military and their families. Please email email@example.com with your (or your family member’s) service details.
We also provide free standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
Why didn’t my discount code work?
There are many reasons a discount code may not work: it may be expired; you may have used the discount code previously; or there may be another discount code already applied to your cart (only one discount code can be used per order). Can I use more than one discount code on my order?
Only one discount code can be used per order. Items marked down and “on sale” cannot be purchased with an additional discount code.
