How to Use It Like A Pro

Place your Spectra pump inside the main compartment of the carrier.
Attach the flanges to your tubing and then attach the tubing to your pump.
Put the flanges and bottles in the side pockets of your belt bag.
Buckle the strap around your waist.
Adjust the belt to fit comfortably around your waist or hips.
Take the flanges from the side pockets and position them in your bra.
You’re now ready to pump hands-free!

Can I use this carrier with other pump brands than Spectra?

Yes! Any pump that’s as big as or smaller than a Spectra S2 (e.g. Synergy Gold, Motif Luna, Pump In Style with MaxFlow) fits in the bag and can be used hands free. For pumps that require mains connection (e.g. Spectra S2 or Medela Pump in Style Advanced), you can still use the bag but would need an external battery pack for your pump.

Is the carrier machine washable?

No, we advise against machine washing. Please refer to the How to Clean below.
