📏 Sizing

To size Cushy: measure your nipple base, then add 0–4mm. Most moms land at +2mm.

First try the flange with your exact measurement, or round down if you're an even size. If not comfortable, try the next size up.

Example:
Nipple base measures 18 mm → try 17 & 19 mm flanges as the first two options.

Are Cushy Flanges compatible with my pump?

Do these help with elastic nipples or elastic tissue?

Cushy is designed to be a more forgiving silicone option and many moms with elastic tissue prefer it over hard plastic.

How do I know my size?

How do the discounts work?

How do I clean my Cushy flanges?

After each pumping session, rinse with clean water and air-dry on a rack or clean cloth. Before first use (and for periodic deep cleaning), boil for 3 minutes — this maximizes suction performance.

A few rules to extend their life:

  • Don't put them in the dishwasher — it damages the silicone
  • UV or cold-water sterilization is best — both are gentler on silicone than steam
  • Baby bottle washers and steam sterilizers are safe but will shorten lifespan over time

How long do Cushy flanges last?

With UV or cold-water sterilization, expect at least a year of normal use. With steam sterilization, the lifespan is shorter.

Replace your flanges when you notice weaker suction, slipping, or the silicone feeling less supportive than when they were new.

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days if the flanges are in their unopened, unused box.

Because Cushy is a hygienic product, we can't accept opened boxes or used flanges.
